    Same old. We have a small family anyway. Brother-in-law and his family come over. We do all the cooking and clean up. They eat and lay around the living room. Eventually I'll get a nap and go to the back yard range for a little shooting therapy if the weather cooperates.

    Daughter is coming home from college for 2 months (god help me) tonight. My family is split up we don’t do holidays with them. In-laws are another story. Used to go to parents until dad died. Then all went to sisters ( not my favorite bunch of idiots to hang around with). Now wife’s brother tried to remove sisters brains from her head got a azz kicking from hubby mom went mental (this all happened in her home) now big court case to get a slap on the pee pee.     Freak if I could make some money on the deal I would. The challenged brother in law has some deeper issues than the mandatory head shrink wanted to get into. Quite a boy he is. Mommy made him that way eons ago.

    Thanksgiving here will be the new normal of just my immediate family. I just returned to work this Wednesday after having covid sweep through our shop, one guy out of my group didnt make it. Time to take it more seriously. I'd rather skip out on the holiday than watch another online funeral for somebody I'm close to.
