Definitely. My buddy works at Lumax so i get my lights there. He can bring a hand held programmer home if i want to change the output.
Hmmm, they weren't available at the local Walmart yesterday ( had to drive about 15 miles) but just now I checked and they are avail at the store 1.5 miles away. They make a 3200K version and a 5000K version - I think the 5000K has a grey housing and the 3200K a white housing. I could be wrong. Walmart's site can be uninformative sometimes. I like that these have a pull cord. Not a fan of CFL even for work lights but I do like LED and 5000K for task lights. If a 100 watt incandescent light bulb is equivalent to 1600 lumens, these should be plenty bright.
my local store had a face cord of them yesterday. Put one up over the cellar bench this a little while ago, replacing the old ballasted light. Its brighter than the old one.
Ran in to Wal Mart and bought one of these. I replaced a 4 foot florescent with the new led one. Way more light. Love it.
Sounds like everyone's pretty happy with the 4 ft led lights, i know sure am!!! If i see them on sale like that again, i'll buy about 4 more and replace all my other lights. Sure like the one over the loading bench, and out in the shop where i file my saws!!!
I have been buying those screw in LED multi panel bulbs lately and have been satisfied. GT-Lite 150W Equivalent 3 Panel Daylight LED Light Bulb at Menards®
I like the ones they had last year better, they had a panel of LEDs in the center pointing straight down, the ones now don't. I picked up some 42" LED shop lights at Menards back on black Friday, they were 2 for $9.99...I like these better than the ones I bought last time, as they have a 4' cord and can be daisy chained...the last ones had a short 12" cord with a proprietary plug on it, so can't daisy chain unless you want them close together Edit, they still have them at that price Pinegreen Lighting 5500 Lumen 42" LED Shop Light 2-Pack
