When you throw your snow covered wood on a bed of coals and the wood catches before the snow melts!:D

Who needs a moisture meter? Haha!

Will frost from the freezer suffice ?
Spread it on a split like hummus on flatbread ?

I think we're going to need to slab some snowballs in the winter and put it up in storage for the summer. 1/8 cord of snowballs outta do it. Just make sure the moisture content of the snowball is above 50 percent. None of that dry ice crap.

The moisture meter meter is a lot better at preventing wood that isn't dry from being put into the stove;)

Admittedly it wasn’t ideal - but we got 4” of unexpected snow overnight! I brushed off the loose snow. I run an OWB so i don’t think it did much harm.
