Hello! I own a 22 ton, 6.5 HP Dirty Hand Tools wood splitter and the Jaw Coupler Assembly needs to be replaced. The manual says the LO90 assembly was used, but I'm having a hard time finding LO90 set in the 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch size. I'm reading that the LO75 in 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch can be used instead, as it's approved for HP's up to 9. Does anyone have insight on this topic? The LO75 is readily available and about half the price in comparison to the LO90
Can't give you the link but Google Dalton hydraulics. I got some couplers from them a few years ago when I bought a pump for my old troybilt splitter.
Jaw coupler? You mean the Lovejoy coupler that couples the crankshaft to the pump shaft? If so, those are commonly available at farm stores and parts houses...in our area TSC stocks the pieces you'd need for a log splitter. Oh, and welcome to FHC!
Yes, that's the part....I'll call around, we have 2 farm stores in the area, might be worth a try, thanks!!
