I posted this thread back in late Spring asking to ID this wood. I had processed it right away and finally stacked the mound of splits yesterday still unsure of what it is. Want sure where and what i was going to mix it with. Here's the original thread Yard Tree ID Here's some pics of the splits i just stacked. The wood is still rather dense, has a yellowish green color, bark stayed tight. Nearly five months old.
Thornless honey locust? It could be a hybrid. Being that it's still dense rules out some of the woods mentioned in the other thread.
