Firing up the Grill in an Hour or So

    Just and FYI-- porterhouses cooked on oak, about to clean up said oak and let it soak in a little merlot until grill time. Then I have to stuff the peppers. Sumacaid should be ready by suppertime.

    The texture is look nothing I've ever had. Steak grilled to perfection. Sumacade is very nice too.

    That steak is mouth watering. I got frozen store bought lazagna for dinner.

    Make my own lasagna, but we had pasghetti for dinner tonight.
    You couldn't get a bigger steak, Grizz?
    Maybe the plate was real small.

    If I wanted to chew on a round steak all night I guess I could have gotten a bigger one. The old lady picked them out, and her eyes are bigger than her mouth as difficult as that is to believe.
