Yes, it would seem that here in the U.P. we too are stuck at odd temps. I think it is an indication of impending doom....winter is about ready to set it's fangs in deep and pump it's cold freezing venom into the very air we breathe!

Oh wait, You're talking about your weather sticker????

Now then Woodwidow What's this I read about you having retired this past summer? Congrats! I will check again in my mailbox for the invite to the retirement party, but......:(

Started out chilly at 46* this morning....nearly 86* right now....then back down to 46* again tonight. It's sweatshirt and shorts weather for sure.

Building cabinet doors tonight. Not my most favorite thing to do....but it isn't going to do itself.

Well, because of social distancing the party is on hold. Even the farewell at work was held outside and everyone at a safe distance. Good thing the weather was good. Yes, many factors in the decision but one was that now I can watch baseball and surf FHC without feeling I should be doing something more important!

Yes that is my 2000 Valkyrie Tourer. I have 43K miles on it. The 3rd one I've owned. It's mint. Nice to have choices.

Yep both knees and it is so great not to be limping again. I should be doing more exercise for them but I am so damm busy doing home maintenance, lawn work and then getting a few miles on the bike. But life is good, despite C19.

Another day starting in the 40's and finishing in the 80's.

Got rails and stiles for 8 cabinet doors milled last night....going to try to make the panels for them tonight.

Granite countertops getting installed today. I guess the sink didn't arrive on time so they'll have to come back and finish that in the next couple days.

Are you going with flat panel doors?

Not sure yet. I may do a raised panel, but more than likely flat panel. I like to get a nice looking piece of wood and not mess it up with extra stuff.

Like the counter. It matches the cabinets nicely. Your finish work looks good also. I think flat panel doors will look great. Just my opinion but allot of time I like them better than raised.
