Stopped at TSC and saw these. Also saw someone mention elsewhere they have been seen at Lowes as well. The website listed on the bag is an unregistered domain name and the UPC dead ends at "Lefler Trailer Sales" in Benton, KS. Huh. Funny thing, the specs printed on the bag are nearly identical to EZB Softies...

Correction. The domain name was registered in May 2019. The website however, does not exist at this time.

That's one of the tricks I despise the most. Reporting a dry BTU value rather than the real BTU value.

Putnam. Strangely enough they all disappeared within days of the post here, if you can believe that. Millbury had a bunch too, they were all gone as of this past weekend.

I grabbed the last 2 ton of the VG softwoods from Millbury this past Saturday.
The manager said she doesnt think they will get more & they have a lot-full of the hardwood around back.
Slid & Stacked the ton in my basement last night and only 1 bag showed some water damage. I spot-checked (opened and looked inside) some random bags and all seem ok.

I have an OLD Englander (with 6" chimney pipe) that I have to light and adjust blowers & burner manually. Never burned these particular ones before. But last January I grabbed some of the Tractor Supply branded SOFTWOODS and when I mixed them 50/50 with my hardwoods, my stove made more heat than ever at my normal settings and I have been burning different pellets for 15+ years. Oddly enough, on their own they threw some heat but seem to disappear quickly.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the forum! Never seen TSC branded softwoods before. Well I have seen pictures of a bag with green writing on it (as opposed to the usual blue writing indicating hardwood/blend) but never actually seen any of them for sale at a store. The local TSC stores did get a few runs of AWF softies last winter though.

    Thank You.

Last winter was the 1st and only time I had seen a TSC branded Softwood and for $5/bag I grabbed a few just to try.
On their own I wasnt terribly impressed but could not believe the output when mixed with Fireside Ultra's.
I went back a few days later and bought the 35 bags they had left.
Good thing too because I ended up burning more bags than ever last year (almost 5 ton compared to around 4).

They are good. If you get some, I don’t think you will be disappointed. Interesting to hear they are still out there for sale. This is the first reported sighting I have seen this season.

I popped in to HD to grab a few Stove Chow. I saw the VA Golden and asked and the guy said it's the first time they've had them. Was it ever determined if they ARE EZ Blaze or not? I may go back and grab a few bags. Thanks!

Wonder if Plantsville has anything different? They seem to have a bit more variety than Wallyworld....
