My new Lopi Evergreen is being installed on the 29th. Anyone else have this stove? Can't wait to post positive reviews here, I hope!

I love the one I have. It's a 2015 model and has been great; it really cranks out some heat. I don't have the green start option but I do have a fan on it (switch went bad recently, easy $25 fix). Enjoy!

I also did not get the green start, I didn't get the fan either. My dealer talked me out of both. He said my stove location probably did not need the fan and to run it without a fan for a while and if I think I need I can get it later for the same price. I've now got over 10 cords cut split and stacked and many more trees to process, but have nowhere to stack it. The irony that I live on 35 acers, but I no more level ground to stack because I live on a mountain. I can't wait to start burning so I can make room for more wood.

Sounds like you've got a good honest salesman at your dealer. Yeah I wouldn't have wanted the green start even if it was free. The more bells and whistles, the more that can go wrong. The fan does push quite a bit of air out the front but if the stove will heat your space just fine without it, why have something that's just going to add to your electric bill? Out of level ground to stack on?! Interesting dilemma. Maybe have to build a couple terraces into the hillside (unless you're on the side of a cliff) I wouldn't want to see all my firewood tumble down the mountainside!

Once you start burning you’ll have a good head start and should be able to keep ahead of the game with 10 cord just waiting...

Any pics of your setup or the install would be nice to see. If you get a chance.

    Sweet setup!
Oh.... and the stove looks nice as well:)
Definitely fill us in on your stove performance as you learn what makes it tick. Your telescoping pipe invites a Sooteater for easy bottom up cleaning. Nicely done!

I really like the setup. Stove looks good there! That 90’ row of CSS looks good, too!

    Sweeeeeeeeeeet!!!!!

You’ll love it. Ask me how I know. I don’t have that model ... and I’ve yet to try the used Lopi Liberty I bought a few months ago, but I have a much older stove that works on the same principle and it worked flawlessly. It’s what had me wanting a Liberty ... and I got lucky and found one in really nice shape for a song and it has the blower as well ...just in case.

    Nice looking install for sure!!

That dog will wind up living closer to the stove. LOL!

I don't have the Evergreen but have the Rockport model. Never had a woodstove before so cant compare it.
My dealer didnt recommend green start either. He thinks its a waste of $$$.
I do have the fan and it can push some air. I always run it on lowest setting.

I live in a 2 story 1840 stone farm house. Stove on main floor, tucked into fireplace. Only room that doesnt get warm is our bedroom, which is an addition on the second floor at the back of house. We have old single pane windows upstairs and a drafty dutch front door. So the Lopi is doing its job.
My son's room is right above the room with the stove. He gets cooked out,:D
