20200915_182740.jpg 20200915_173431.jpg Been putting it off for awhile now, usually have the indoor storage filled by end of August, but of course other things got me. I didn't finish filling her up today due to no help and football practice pickup at a certain time, but tossed in 3 cart loads, and 3 bins of little chunkies in the garage. Should be good for a month or so.

    Horrible news.
I wish they'd stay with us forever rather than just in our hearts.

Since the weather turned super cool this past weekend and all this week am getting that itch as well. Wood shed needs topping off and I need to stack a face cord or two on the front porch. This might sound odd but I really look forward to doing this so I am almost saving it for just the perfect weekend when burning season (for me) is really nearby. If I do it now I'll have nothing to look forward too..........LOL! I still have a good 6 - 8 weeks before I usually really start burning, perhaps an early winter?!?

Yeah it’s weird. I look forward to first fire and usually my wife is bugging me for heat a few weeks prior. By February I’m sooo done with it and begrudgingly refilling racks.
