We are getting the smoke all the way to the east coast the last couple days. Really high altitude orange glow. Creepy .
Yeah I have been buying the XL ones...even those don't last very long...and we really don't print that much normally, but that's about to change though with all this online school stuff...that's why I need to do something different, if I keep buying new OEM cartridges I will need to put this expense in the budget as a separate line item...seriously!
I went through this and finally bought a laser printer on sale for the kid... Well worth the effort (his junior and senior year)...but now its finally say you need refills... Its almost as expensive to buy refills as it is to buy another printer...
Lately I've been wearing ear muffs running my saws (and wearing safety glasses too). At first it was strange to hear the saw humming in a muffled way. I did some quick bucking today without the muffs. BIG difference. I'm no big PPE advocate or anything but I can see the value in it. Once your hearing is gone, it's gone. Same as your vision, all of your senses really. It's easy to take these things for granted. Next on my list is to finally buy some chainsaw chaps because they're well worth the investment.
Yeah I screwed up and threw some away already...didn't know they could be sold or turned in for credit...definitely will keep the 2 I have now!
thanks; Hope so. She's being covid tested, you know how they are these days. But I think it's just a bad cold.
Store Manager said this morning it's his job to make sure staff are happy. felt like saying then what are you waiting for, hurry up and quit...
Glad to see your getting some chaps. Great investment in your safety. As a person who is a music fanatic, I can't imagine not listening. But.. In my youth I was the guy sitting right in front of large speakers I'm now a big fan of hearing and eye protection as well.
A bad manager can really make work suck! I worked with one for 5 years and wanted to smash him in the head With a rock since day one ! Threw a dance party in my work bay the day he got canned.
5 years He reminds me of a guy who had his job a few years ago, but he was a little better if anything. Lasted about 7 months. 8 tops. So we'll see what happens.
