Fiskar Fetish

Recently started a new job. First day I noticed a lot of Fiskar hatchets laying around. These where just extras in a box. Funny thing is they only employ about 10-12 people.

 

With that many hatches around.. if your not in a wood related business.. then I don't wanna know any further details





Boss doesn't happen to drive a big Caddy with automatic leveling suspension does he??

I know what happened! One guy at work kept saying “I need to axe you a question” the boss kept hearing “I need an axe”
It’s quite the problem but Fiskars loves it.

 

Stave mill. They use the hatches to chop out defects.

 

They probably don't sharpen them if they get dull they just buy a new one and throw the old one in a box.

 

Just the opposite. They have several that are worn completely out.

Maybe Fiskars has a subscription box that we don't know about. 1 hatchet with a lifetime warranty per month.
