So I sold a cord of cedar for a $100

    Priced aggressively to sell and boy did it. $75 would have been better per half cord but I really liked the guy I sold it to. It feels good in this covid era to help out.

    Cedar on the East coast is usually something else, like juniper or cypress. At bare minimum it makes for good firepit wood as far as the smell of the smoke goes. Eastern white pine isn't too shabby either. I associate it with the smell of a campground.

    Yeah the west coast stuff is some of my favorite to burn. Great to split. Great to smell. Great to clean up. Great snap, crackle, and pop!
