    Yup they sure can be a nuisance and they have quite the bite or peck when they get cranky. The poop can be out of this world sometimes. Id smoke em!

    I smoked Tuna last night for the first time. It was moist and smokey and a hit with the ladies but I think I will smoke it for a bit less time next go around. Tuna is best when its still a bit rare in the middle. Smoked with apple at 140f .

    So does it taste like old bay in sauce/hot sauce, or is it just a hot sauce (that doesnt taste like the old bay dry seasoning)?
