Back in the quarry on a blistering 92 degree day. Got some maple, cherry birch and some beautiful kiln dried oak kamo was my camera man!! Got home and split and stacked the load for a 1/3 plus cord. What a day, going to make smores now
Hooo boy that bar is close to that stone! Good thing you Granite Staters know what you're doing with a saw. Well done sir.
Looks like you mined some good wood out of there. When will this source dry up Chris? If i remember it was ending last year.
That last picture looks like a saw ad! Kamo can really frame a picture, I think he has a talent to encourage.
Yea buddy, I cant lie i hit rock today, everything was in the rocks so not bad. When i do hit it always out of laziness
Theres still quite a few trees, i also have permission to take dead standing anywhere on the 40 acres. Theres lots of dead oak and storm wood.
He loves taking pictures, i have to clear alot after hes done. He’ll fill up my phone memory real quick.
Thanks, i tell myself its just not worth it, id rather be hot than dead. Also my wife will beat my a$$
My new neighbor is an arborist THIS AM - Hey man I have a good amount of nice oak for you if you’d like to come grab it with me. Right along a driveway in Mason and we can use my truck and trailer.
Is that picture backwards or are you cutting lefty Woodwhore ? Ive often wondered how lefties use a chain saw since its designed for a righty.
I remember when my son had a saw like that. We had a small tree come down at home and he couldn’t wait to help me cut it up. After about 30 seconds of him “cutting” I could see him get pizzed because he realized it wouldn’t actually cut. He didn’t bother much with it from that point on. My wife and I were cracking up though!
