Not sure if he's a member here or if his channel has been discussed. He sounds like he's got a solid business sense and is going the specialty firewood route and carving out his niche. He seems to be an hour or so south of my area. He mentions a few restaurants that are pretty dang good in a few of his videos, especially the one in Burton, OH.
Cool video. He needs to convince the world restaurant owner to build a shed for his wood. Lunch looked good.
