Well I got started a little later than I wanted, but still got a good bit accomplished. I dropped a 20" White Oak yesterday that was dead, so today I got it bucked up and a little over half brought down off the mountain to the splitter. I got a nice little pile to split and stack early in the morning before I bring the rest down. (The orange stick is for referance it is "18) It was a beautiful day here in my part of West Virginia, home alone and just enjoyed being out. I even drank me a couple cold ones, after I got done cutting. I sat up on the hill and enjoyed the view, Good day to be out.

Good job, VWhunter. White Oak is a great additional to any wood stash. I like how those rounds (as well as the stacked splits) just call out to you ad say "There be a whole lot of heat right here". Like the way white oak smells fresh split, too.
