Source for 30" blade other than D.H. welding or New Haven equipment ?

    I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place that I could purchase a new crosscut blade at a better price than the $400 bucks that these guys are asking. 30" dia. 1 3/8" bore around 72 teeth. I'd consider used but it would have to be in really good condition.

    I used to run that size on my slab processors years ago. They were $300+ back then. $400 prolly isn’t out of line nowadays.

    I suppose you're right. Thing that bugs me is that the 2 places I mentioned are in bed together and I find it hard to believe that they're the only source.

    The Blade MFG., in Ohio. BH Paine & Co. Peerless saw company,Ohio these would be new. I can likely dig up a few more. Are you looking for a plane steel blade, inserted tooth type or carbide tipped? best to e mail me for a faster answer bladesx @sbcglobal.net I have been in the repair end of the industry for 27 years.
