I just learned about the yellow mustard and will be doing that on my beef and pork shoulder for tomorrow. Sure I'm always open to new recipes.
Marinade for Brisket: 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar 1 cup Worester Sauce 1/3 cup of Ketchup 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Greek Seasoning 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1 Tablespoon Minced Onion Thats the original Recipe. Now I go with: 1 Tablespoon of Onion and Garlic powder 1 Cup of Jack Daniels and take out the Apple Cider Vinegar... Good Luck
