Trees dissappearing...

Never seen this before. If only they had a bucking attachment to save the tree for firewood. I know about the one for bobcats and what not but it doesnt have the speed of this.

I saw a similar one clearing a ditch here last week - I was not aware of its ability to flatten tress that fast.
The bobcat mounted ones don't have as much power or pump volume to run like that sucker, the Tigercats which are mounted to 450-500hp skidders are sweet machines as well.

 

It must be cost effective for smaller projects.

Agreed. It looked like either a spruce or maybe some type of fir (I'd bet your right with the spruce though). But still...
