Michigan Shelter In Place Order.....A Daily Report!

Got the green light from the eye doctor Friday so this week I am 4to12 starting today. Had to go downtown to meet a guy and all the patio's are open and full. Didn't even see 1 mask?
Lets see this city come first of July.

 

It's some of the younger people with a few older people not wearing their mask when they should be, we'll see how it turns out.

 

The sidewalks were busy also and i get it about being couped up for a few months.
But this isnt the summer of 2019.

When I had to go to the Home Depot, I was pleasantly surprised, it looked like over 3/4 of the people there were wearing masks , I wear a mask every time I go in anywhere which is very very rarely since the end of February

 

To ride the ferry over to see Mom, we have to show that we have face masks with us in the vehicle. If we are going to get out and go up to the lounge, then we have to wear them. We always stay in the vehicle because we have the dogs with us. This started Monday on all our provincial ferries routes which last more than 30 mins long.

 

different world out here. nobody is wearing facemasks. everybody from other states are here now that it is tourist season, and the mandatory out of stater quarantine is no more.

 

I guess it depends on where you go around here, I went to the party store couple of times , there is usually only 3 or 4 people in there at a time but , never was there anyone wearing a mask in there.
I don't know about the grocery store , haven't been there , I just have my groceries and beer delivered to my porch, I am going to have to go there soon though, bottle return has opened up , I have a few to get rid of

 

No one seems to care anymore. Even the cooks in town aren't wearing nothing. Being such a small community, we know it has been here for a couple months. One young female who lives in the micro brewery, and is known by many men, got the virus. She even worked up in the nursing home when this thing hit. Can't figure out why no one has died? With it snowing out now, maybe tomorrow? No body even talks about it here anymore. Long winters make folks fickle.

 

I remember back two whole months ago. We were suppose to have so many dead. There is always deaths, but we scared everybody. Then we killed the economy instead. Almost intentional. Then let criminals go nuts everywhere. I don't buy it anymore. I think at this point we can conclude that we are being played.

 

Seems the riots are subsiding a bit so something has to fill the "doom news"...is it going to be Rona part deux...or another calamity?

No they are getting ready for the thousands attending a frigging rally thats on its way. What could go wrong there?

All the mainstream news are now downplaying the riots and protests and making a big deal out of every little thing any cop does wrong.
