Pic from last September of mine on the PU. I was moving splits literally across the street so i stacked wood and it easily unloaded it. I didnt dump it, just cranked far enough to unload, stack then repeat.
I had a piece of heavy guage sheet metal bent to cover the inside of my tailboard as its all bent and distorted. The mesh would snag and rip, but its some heavy duty stuff.
Ill take some pics of it an post IMG_0846.JPG

I wonder how it would clamp on to my Tommy Lift? All I have is a flat piece of steel at the end.

The brackets are somewhat adjustable for the thickness of various tailgates. If all you have is very thin metal you might consider shimming it with some wood or something.

Here's a few pics of the brackets close up. I had to return mine because one of the plastic bits broke....most likely due to me not using the closest hole. I ended up lifting the brackets slightly which gave me more wiggle room on the Tacoma tailgate to get a really snug fit the second time around.

So I’m in the process of buying a 4x8 trailer from a coworker. I’m thinkin real hard about one of these for it.
