This perhaps could be classed as political but no parties or persons are named. It is meant just to show the stupidity of governments.

Please leave it at that and not get nasty. If so, then I would beg the moderators to delete the entire thread.

How does voter fraud by mail work? Simple. Today A Resident got 4 letters from the Michigan Secretary of State. One for them. Three for other people no longer living there. Check the box, scratch an illegible signature, and return in envelope provided.

So how can we trust the states to make the elections good and honest.

In our state, they have mailed to every voter absentee ballots. Just imagine how much fraud can come out of this.

Our county sent each of us two ballots for voting for St. Lawrence County Judge when we should've only received one each. The wife called and they said just throw the extra one away so we shredded them.

Some people keep tying to fix a problem that doesn't exist. ~sigh~

Open voting by mail, is just an invitation to fraud.

Absentee voting, is different. Those ballots should need to be requested.

We got a notice that we were eligible for absentee voting. Had to fill out a form and send it in. Now I got my ballet but it only good for primary. Will have to do all over again for November.

Once you are on the list you will probably always be on the list. But you may have to contact the township clerk in case you don't get it.

But what about those who don't throw them away? There is the problem.

Our school district budget vote is by mail. When a person fills out their ballot, they are required to sign the envelope on the outside. Many are concerned their ballot may not be secret. I have every confidence that the district secretary won’t look, it I understand the concern. This is the NYS mandated process.

My wife and I voted absentee this spring and the process for getting the ballot asked if this request was a one time deal or if we wanted to vote absentee going forward.

It’s so sad that many people are more concerned with pushing their political position; who will lie, cheat and steal to get there, then they are with doing the right thing for our country. I just read an article where a young man beat up a man in his 80’s because he was holding a Trump sign. What kind of animal is that? He was let go on bail! Do you see what’s going on here?

I dont believe they get the "vote in person" process right, I know they can't get the vote by mail thing right. Even if the one ballot per voter was resolved, still can't trust it. We all know of plenty of instances where the mail gets lost or sent to the wrong address/location. Or gets dumped in a creek, or is found years later in in some cubby at a post office etc etc....

I'm not sure that I will ever be able to fully trust the voting system.
