Hey everyone! Long time no chat! My full replacement shoulder surgery was completed on March 11th. Everything went really well. The doc said he couldn't believe I could even use my arm. My shoulder was a complete mess. Still doing physical therapy and cant really run a saw yet. Which brings me to this new thread. The week of July 12th through the 17th we have a group of junior high and high school kids coming in from Ohio to help the wood ministry. It is a group of about 40 kids. What I would like to know is anyone here interested in coming either the Friday or Saturday before, which would be the 10th and 11th to cut some logs up for us? I will have about 3 to 4 triaxles here to cut. As usual we will provide eats and drinks for anyone who wants to and does come to help. I know this is short notice, but I was just informed about a week ago they wanted to come and we had to find them lodging for the week which we just confirmed today. ANY and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

I'd be glad to help. Either day or both days, as needed. I would definitely like to work Friday the 10th and then Saturday the 11th if there is still more wood to cut. Let me know more details please as far as specific times and where in East Freedom we will be cutting. I know it's off Interstate 99. Is it the Roaring Spring exit? Anyway, let me know what time to show up and either an address I can put in the GPS or specific directions.

As much as I'd like to see Walt in a suite at a wedding... I've got this pencilled in but I can't fully commit just yet. Hoping to make it and help out. I don't have a tent or a camper so are there any places to stay overnight close? A barn with a running stream close would probably work ok... LOL
Okay, thanks for the address. I'm a morning person. I will leave Huntingdon about 6:00 a.m. and get to East Freedom a little after 7:00. I'd like to be cutting by 7:30. What length do you want the logs cut?
