Great, we've got a curfew in Milwaukee tonight. They were relatively peaceful last night until late. Some vandalism was done, and a police officer was shot, but ok and released. This happened at 3:30 am. Some idiots said that they'll take the protests to the suburbs of they don't get what they want. Don't try it here.
This will make you happy. Here's my wife's home made pizza. My morels I collected, oven roasted garlic, caramelized onions, 3 kinds of cheese, brie, parm and mozzarella, prosciutto, and some fresh basil. Delicious
They say people can get help for that eh Hork. Not sure who ''They'' are though? And i am pretty sure i dont ever want to meet them.
I don't need help. I get here all on my own volition, with help from my wife. I also don't have a problem with it, and I've never caused anyone any real problems either. Maybe a few memories, but that's all good.
It really is. All that roasted garlic isn't going to gain me any new friends, but I'm not meeting anyone tonight that doesn't know me extremely well already. My wife ate the same pizza tonight, so she won't be complaining.
I talked with our two sons up in the Twin Cities area and they both reported they are under curfew. One starts at 8PM and the other at 11PM. They and their families are safe.
Windows are done. That's 12 total. 2 left to do but not for a long while. Bedroom drywall is done....need to paint...then flooring...then maybe start in the bathroom?
There's prosciutto on it. Typically there's Italian sausage on it. Honestly, if it had been meatless, you wouldn't miss it.
I saw my brother tonight and he said the ACE hardware here in town has that $159 deal on the MS170 until end of June...so must just depend on the individual dealer...
Loon, I'm onto limeade, pineapple and vodkas now. I'm saving my beer for the boat tomorrow, if it gets warm enough to venture out. Otherwise Tuesday looks to be a scorcher. 85-90° mostly sunny. High humidity. Yeah, boat day. I start a new job on Thursday. So I can go out whenever I want until then. Covid only expedited the problems where I was working.
Horkn if Jill ever kicks me out, can I crash at your place? Food looks delicious. I'll bring beer.. promise.
Dam, seeing Horkn 's pizza is making me want to bake something tonight. I'll have to check the traps, see what's available... 7 brides for 7 brothers on right now, such a great movie.
