    I'm betting one could find some really hot deals on some boats and such. But can you imagine what has happened to the land values? I'm betting the assessors won't take that into consideration.

    Yeah that's a messed up thing, people by that Lake have mud front property now .
    The whole thing is a sad deal, and now we have tornadoes and flooding in other parts of the country all on top of the pandemic too :hair:
