    That's what my wife says. Her mom apparently isn't any better, but I've never met or even talked to her yet. 17 years together so far with my wife and I've not had any interaction with her mom, so I'm probably better off that way. I think I saw a letter she wrote to my wife when we were about to invite them to our wedding only a 2 hr drive from their home in California.

    Needless to say they were not invited.

    Saturday we didn't even make it that high. NH made a record for the lowest high temp ever (for the date) at 42*.

    Grabbed a trailer load of maple today. My back and wrists are flaring up so I think load number five should have stopped while it was load number four.

    Didn't see the bear today although 99 was hoping to feed it some candy! :rofl: :lol:

    We’ve had some record setting lows down here over the weekend and daytime highs 15-20 below average. Supposed to be near 90 next weekend.

    Yeah it's been pretty cold here too. It's supposed to be freezing again tonight. One last night, hopefully, of the lamp on a timer in the boat's doghouse. Next week, it's supposed to be about 80 on Tuesday/ Wednesday.

    I raked the garden after tilling it yesterday. Pulled a few pieces of broken glass and a few pieces of random metal. No, no more shoe horns.

    Got a whole bucket of weed roots. Threw those out.

    The hummingbird was just back at the feeder. Seen him several times now. Glad we're feeding him/ then since there's not much blooming now for flowers. There's not much for bugs for them to eat either. We've got 2 feeders out for them.

    I'm going to make an Oriole feeder as I swear I saw one fly by today. We had one try to feed from a hummingbird feeder last year.

    Getting excited to pick up our new puppy on Friday.

    Got the bedroom heaters temporarily removed and walls insulated. Wiring is done. 12 sheets of drywall sitting on the floor ready for me to put them up. I hate drywall.
