Looks delicious Certified106! I want to get one of those griddles. Should've tried harder when they went on sale last fall...

SKEETER McCLUSKEY .....what size is the cook/smoke chamber? From your first picture of the firebox end, I thought it was gonna be bigger... Sweet cooker!

So you could do a full size brisket and a couple butts or racks of ribs... Looks like tag says lone star grills?

You could do 3 packers in the bottom or 2 huge ones and 6 butts on top

The next bigger one is 42"you would have to have one helluva party or be catering to use up all that space....
I've had some pretty big party's here at the compound and run 3 smaller pits it's just easier to cook your sides in one and different meats in the others at differnt temps.

I know there's lots if variables, but how often do you have to throw a split in during your cooks? Is it pretty easy to run, or do you have to watch it close? Is yours stock per that model on their website, or did you get extra add-ons/ options?

20200509_154234.jpg I'm burning 7"-8"long splits by about 3"diameter, the fire basket will take 12"long splits, and firebox if you choose not to use a basket will take 17" splits.
I get about 20 min out of one 8"split @275°.

I ordered mine with 2 probe ports, log starter, off road package, 1/2" fire grate, and charcoal grilling grate which is a heavy duty tray/grate/ash pan that goes in the main chamber for direct charcoal grilling like crispy skin wings.....if I was only doing a couple pounds of wings or steaks I could do them in the fire box grate, but for a large cook the grilling grate works....plus you can arrange the charcoal for 2 or 3 zone cooking or 1 zone...whatever lots of options. Here's a pic, that's the propane log starter laying on top I took the starter out for the summer but its snowing today:eek: theres more options but that's what I got
