Home owner asked us to take down a high stump left by fellers. 450 ripped through it . Approx 26 inches at the base. I believe it was gum.
I'm the "old fella down the road" all the "young fellas down the road" have cut their trees for them...
You're not old He's 88 a Korean war vet Has 200+ acre cattle farm tends it alone mostly. He stacked the pine i cut by himself i was at work. They had husqvarna branded one's when I bought some of these from aliexpress 3 year's ago I like the messed up spelling so I got these I wasn't trying to pass them off as oem I've cut hundreds of tree's with them. Still in one piece. Handfiling chain today.
I hope I'm half that active when I get there... He certainly is a go-getter. We have an aunt like that, 94 and still going stong. Still golfs.
Picked up a new MS362 C this morning. Also got flowers for the wife... Ran a tank of fuel through it to start getting it broke in. I got the 18" bar on it because I already have 20" and 25" bars that will fit. It will wear the 18 most of the time. I can't wait till I get a few more tanks of fuel through it so I can let it rip. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna really like this saw. I only have a few trees here that would be nice to have a larger saw, but this should handle everything I will need it for. I like the lighter weight already. Thank you all for helping me spend more money...
I think you’ll be happy with it. I have one with a 25” bar and that’s about all it wants. I plan on sticking a 20” on it eventually.
Bought a 266xp builder The previous owner junked the exhaust fasteners on the cylinder. So I put a closed port 268xp cylinder on it And used a hyway 268 popup piston. Very strong runner cutting hickory today topcover is not the greatest but the rest of the saw is in great shape.
