Im constantly looking at trees while im out and about. Was recently stopped waiting at a road construction site and couldnt ID this tree. Bark is reminiscent of maple, but branch/twig structure isnt. Whaddaya think FHC?
Oh yeah! Hybrid honey locust. Landscaper's stock. Probably planted 25 years ago on a cloudy Tuesday. Sunburst locust is a good bet, very common streetscape tree that is tolerant to almost everything.

My in-laws have a couple trees that look just like that in the backyard. They are some kind of locust.
