Can anyone identify this larva?

    So I have been cutting some eucalyptus wood at a friends place. When splitting some of it, I find these larva. They are big, like 3/4" long and 1/8" to 3/16" across.

    I know there are lots of different Eucalyptus trees, but I thought they stayed bug free for the most part. Thanks in advance....

    I only like to see them at the bottom of a Mescal bottle...
    Dink, ding, ding! Wildwest has the answer. I have seen some of the adults where wer were cutting the wood and one was crawling on me the day I was splitting it up! Thank Wildwest!
