    The skin was crispy but I have had better. My wife and I discussed it. I need to smoke the wings then light coat of olive oil this a little baking powder and seasoning. The chicken itself turned out. The skin was mediocre

    Yes, the 700 was too big for me. I didn’t want to fire up a big smoker for two racks of ribs. The RECTEC 590 is bigger than my Traeger lil Tex. The fit and finish is great. I had to adjust the auger output once when it was new. It is more of a climate issue and the pellet rate. Once adjusted from the service menu it has been great.
    I wanted two medium smokers so I could do different heat and flavors of smoke in each one. It has worked out very well.

    Those look awesome! I love pork belly burnt ends. They are a real crowd pleaser. Im the only one in my group of friends that does them so they are eaten up pretty quick at get togethers.

    Skeeter in that "fire drawer", those dividers.... Do you start the coals on one end and it slowly catches all the way to the other end?
