I have no info about pellet grills. Looks like you are off to a good start!

Smoked my first batch of pork belly burnt ends today. They turned out finger lickin good! Like little candied pork nuggets. These are definitely not doctor recommended lol.

Those look great! Got a recipe and what did you use to smoke them?

Thanks! They were really good! Here's the recipe I followed. Smoked Pork Belly Burnt Ends (recipe and video) - Vindulge

I used a 1/2 cup of homemade Carolina style bbq sauce mixed with 1/2 cup of brown sugar store bought sauce. I smoked with apple pellets.

I am taking Monday as a comp day so I decided to smoke some food. I smoked sausage and ground venison this weekend and mixed it with spaghetti sauce this morning for a slow cook on the Traeger. Smoked chicken always has chewy skin due to the lower temps. I dried out the skin and mixed my seasoning with baking powder. after a couple hours at 225 I’ll bump it to 375 and finish it off. I found the recipe online, hopefully it will make the skin crispy.
