1lb ground pork,1lb gound chuck,1/3lb bacon,2 onions diced,and chupacabra seasoning,glazed with bbq sauce.
Well, I'm new to this thread. Picked up this gadget yesterday...got it put together last night Got it going this afternoon with a mix of cherry and apple pellets First run was 6 apple sausage, 4 jalapeno and cheddar sausage and 10 burgers. Turned out really good. I could use some ideas or recipes...thanks.
