Trimming up my elderly neighbours' mulberry tree after work tonight, they've go a big dead branch right in the middle of it. Their other one has a small maple tree growing up in it. Not expecting much wood out of it, but it will look nice. While I have the saw out, I think some small trees in the property line of the other property I've adopted are going to bit the dust. Some more mulberry trees might be transplanted in that area to somewhat better locations.

Just finished up the job and he seemed pretty happy with it. Shame on the care takers of his lawn for letting all those suckers grown up-- that little maple killed a good portion of one of his mulberry trees. Cleaned up a little bit more on the adopted property, so far the actual owner of that hasn't been by to have any words with me so I will just keep cleaning it up.

Good of you to help the neighbors, Griz. Mullberry trees pop up everywhere in these parts like weeds and if you remove 'em they multiply and spread like crazy. I hope the neighbors appreciate your efforts.
