Since there was a bunch of interest in the 261 Guido put up, and some of you may have missed out! I have one here that was the subject of a tutorial I did on how to convert a 261 to a 262XP. This is a low hour 1998 261 Husqvarna that was converted to a 262XP.

The saw was completely disassembled cleaned new bearings, seals and gaskets replaced. Muffler was dual ported in a way that uses OEM parts and looks factory installed. New Hda=120 carb, Meteor piston with Caber ring, new OEM piston pin bearing. Plastic is clean no breaks o bleaching.

    $350.00 PHO plus ship.
    PM if questions or interested.

I see the squish is .027" . Do you cut them? Or is this a result of using the 262 cyl? Base gasket delete?

I did not cut the squish, I have lots of new jugs, I work out the math and then start measuring jugs.

Just want to make sure... I assume this has a 3/8 rim. I'm going to get a new bar for it. Just making sure I don't need to get a sprocket while I'm at it.
