I had to google that one... SOCCER.... I guess I feel stupid, I had no idea there was "pro" soccer in the US.
Can they get done in the stove? Don't fry food here. Makes too much mess and it's not like I need any extra grease in me either!
The skin gets nice and crispy and the meat is moist and juicy These were done in this http://www.lowes.com/pd_276307-82210-14101480_0__?productId=50056175 You can use no oil if you like but I usually put just a little bit of peanut oil on them either way stuff that comes out of this is amazing. Yes it is I bought this http://www.charbroil.com/grilling-s.../15-piece-big-easy-accessory-kit-8456885.html and use the leg racks for the wings I fill the bottom of the basket with wings then fill the leg racks and stack them in the basket works great every time. I also put a spring-form pan in the bottom under the basket that seems to really help everything get cooked evenly and finish at the same time.
A lot of people dont know that we have professional soccer in this country its one sport that just hasnt caught on with the masses. I dont know why people dont like it the rest of the world is obsessed with it but the US just doesnt get into like the other pro sports we have here.
I just dropped some chicken kabobs in the BE a few minutes ago, and skewered up some summer squash to drop in last 15mins We cooked wings in ours Monday night picked up some Tiger sauce for dipping - very nice flavor sweet with spicy
