I wouldn't think so. These are tougher. Not very expensive, $6.48 for a box of 75 at Home Depot. IMG_20200404_3716.jpg

Went to pick up the last of the rounds from this tree this evening...first pic, what's in the truck is from (4) 20" rounds, then I cut the stump down, that's my 290 with 20" bar for reference...almost 5' across at the ground. Last pic is with stump chunks loaded too...pretty good lil load.

Spent time on the Kubota clearing a couple piles of rotted rounds, that uglies up my calf weaning pasture. A few trips into the woods hauling out rounds that I cut a few months ago, and was saving for my helpers.
The rounds are split and stacked on the holsen haus. It is nearly stacked. Have to fill in the center a bit more to get a peak, and a few on the side and then add the shingles.

trip to the newly opened Harbor Freight, which is two doors down from a liquor store. Rural King in the same shopping complex. Pretty much everything I need is there.

Nice breakfast! But, I'm concerned about all of your efforts exercising, working out, walking, running, working are going to waste. Next time you feel the need to take such a set back in your progress, give me a call! also, home made cinnamon rolls would go great with a fresh pot of coffee and juice for me! :D

Below freezing this morning with clear - going to be sunny - skies this morning. We will probably walk a little later when it warms up so the dogs can join us. We had a power blip yesterday so I will have to go to work tomorrow morning to turn my computer on. I had planned to go in anyway to pick up some stuff but this is ridiculous. We are so dependent on our computers.

Hoping to re-organize all my fabric stash today but with the sunny skies, I am going to try and get out and get some weeding done. It will be nice out until the cold westerly picks up. All my rose bushes are starting to leaf out and the lilac is budding. Gardens don't seem to care about virus problems, just whether or not it is warm enough to be spring.

Everyone have a great day today.

Gasifier you are killing me with those meals. With no restaurants open, campinspecter and I have been able to be more diligent with our weight loss program. If I had the buns and cheese, that would be breakfast this morning.

Yes it is...this was a big azz tree! It was a twin leader tree and we took the other half down a few years back (that's all the rotten junk you see on the left side of the stump) I wish I had kept better track, but I would say all tolled I got over 5 full cords of wood from this tree...I'm gonna have over 1.5 cords just from this section of trunk...and the other half was just as big...plus the canopy was huge, with tree trunk size limbs all over the place!
Hated to see this monster die...it always had a bunch of squirrels in it...good entertainment on a slow work day! (this tree was located on my employers property)

I would like to know how you like this once you have given it a fair eval. 12.2 lbs is light, plus no gas to deal with. That battery is very $$ by my standards, but it is all about performance. I would also like to know if it runs smoothly like a gas saw does.
