Sometimes it can feel that there is no way it can get any worse. Yet it does. It takes all your strength and faith in our Lord to get you to the next day only to do it all over again. Best not to judge what was happening. Just do what you can for those in your charge. My license to practice is retired, just this past fall. Not realistic that I could practice now. I would be in the way. But I have two daughters and two granddaughters who are licensed RNs out there doing their part.
I have a link to some good entertainment. It is songs about looking back at our youth days. Nothing nasty. John Pine currently as Convid 19 reported to be stable at home.
Thanks for the tip! It's all mixed up with straw bedding. I put some in the bottom of 5 big fiber pots, and brought them to my son's house, along with a bale of pro-mix. They can put the pro-mix on top of the rabbit poop, plant their seeds in the pro-mix, and the roots can grow into the poop layer. Hope that works.
401K match has been suspended in the meantime as well. further continuance of the absolute kick in the balls that the past four weeks has been.
Went thru that back in 2008. By the time I found another job in late 2010, I hadn't gotten the full amount back yet, although they did start contributing to our 401(k) a percent or two. Sucked, but I was happy that they didn't have to decide who kept their job and who didn't. And the owner went without pay for at least a year, so couldn't b*tch.
Well, I had a conference call about working conditions yesterday that answered a lot of questions for me. Turned out to be a very quiet day. Not too many phone calls, no extra people in the office, short in-office hours. I stay home tomorrow as the other secretary goes in for her stint in the office. I think by weeks end, we will both be working from home. What work there is that is.
ugh, I DEFINITELY didnt buy enough booze for spending an extended period in the house with an ahole teenager. Stupid me. I need to check if they can ship to NH.
I was in the loading porch sorting a pallet of peeps, many of them gone bad. So I don't think I was too handy to customers at the time. I just hope they don't tell everyone who was working at the time they can't work for 2 weeks.....
I went for another walk in town with my son tonight. First we shot some hoops together after we ate Tacos for dinner with the rest of the family. I tired. And it was probably a good thing I was outside for a while after dinner.
The excavator is coming soon, weather permitting the first week of April. I will need to have an hvac company switch over the furnace, I will flip the lever in the backup generator and if I can find new valves for the cooktop, I will replace those.
The Aussie government has essentially told us there are only 4 reasons that we are aloud to leave our properties at the moment and one of them is exercise so I took a 30 mile, 2800’ climb, mountain bike ride today. Social distancing! Beautiful day to be out. Mt Bute lookout. On our way back we stopped at the Linton firefighters memorial to pay our respects to 5 men from Geelong who made the ultimate sacrifice 21 years ago. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
