Thanks to all our country's Viet Nam Vets for your service to our country. :salute: :usa:

We had raised toast tonight for my wife's father Purple Heart recipient Lt. Col. Oldenburg US Air Force. He flew over 300 HU-1 gunship missions with the Green Hornets 20th Special Operations Unit supporting operation Pony Express clandestine insertions and extractions of US Army Special forces 68-69 out of Ban Me Thuot Cambodia. He is one of my and our country's heroes.

I raise a toast for my father tonight, he was in Viet Nam before it was declared a war. And to Eric VW 's father too as we both lost them last fall. :salute::usa:

I also want to raise a toast to my fellow Vietnam Vets. And to all the other vets out there.

Can't toast at present, as I'm getting ready to head into the shop.

But will certainly salute them around 2:30 AM.
