I keep waiting for the shelves to fill back up at the Supermarket. Our Local Hannaford has been sold out on almost 1/2 it’s inventory for 2 weeks with no end in sight. When it hit the fan I did load up with extra junk food , if I’m gonna sit at home I needs me some junk food. We have hoarded anything since this started. Have you?

Nothing here. Like you most of our stores don't have much.

No need. I am usually several weeks ahead on food and what not, easy to do, just me and the boy half the time. I just upped the beer reserve a bit, but no special trips for it.

Haven't had to hoard anything. We are usually stocked for several weeks of operations all of the time. Only thing we topped up were some fresh veggies and fruit. Don't want to end up with scurvy too..................................

No hoarding. Just getting what us needed. Milk, bread, fruit, veggies. The upright freezer and pantry are always full. I might have to thaw out some pork product and fire up the smoker. Probably do pulled pork.

When this ends I am gonna stock up on essentials for the next time. This has also made me think about getting a generator.

Well...….. I did buy another loaf of bread before the opened one was finished......it went into the freezer and using it now.

Also, I filled up the gas tank on the truck paying only 1.46 a gallon.... :picard:

We started putting supplies in the freezer around two weeks before people started hoarding tP and then food.
Only thing we've had to get was milk and butter.

I know several folks who live paycheck to paycheck and I wonder how they get things that are in high demand. They don’t have much inventory at home normally.

We go through a lot of fresh fruit and veggies so it is hard to stock up on those items. We hit the store at the senior time this morning. 7:00 AM Not too many people there. Different items such as eggs have a limit on how many you can buy now.

I filled up the gas cans so I can do some lawn cleanup, a few dry goods. And a couple cases of beer. :pete:

Not really hoarding anything in large quantities. A little extra frozen fruit and canned veggies. A little extra meat and fish too.

I have all the TP. All of it.

JK, I ordered an extra case when everyone started losing their minds, but that's it.

I've been buying more groceries than normal, but its because we are home all the time now. I havent been in a store in a few weeks. Just restocked on produce and a few things yesterday from Walmart drive up. I had been using Target drive up a lot too, but they have to get way too close to you to scan the barcode on the phone, so I'm done with that.

Back in January I was worried about the lack of products coming out of China, so I bought several pairs of sneakers for my grandson, and Ibuprofen. Then when South Korea got it, I hit Hmart and stocked up on my favorite Korean groceries. Then when it got to Washington state, I got my toilet paper, cough medicine, and hand sanitizer. And then, some extra canned goods and beer. I've got a very strong hoarding gene.

Just made sure I had every gas can full but we are usually well stocked in all essential areas. I did get concerned about my beer supply but after I took inventory, I realized I had just over 9 cases on hand.

Great time to get gas due to the prices being so low anyway.

Lots of gas around but I don’t let my gas tank below 1/2 just in case!
