    My sister got her long hair caught on the barbed wire/electric fence when trying to cross under...I think we both peed a little 'til that was all over...fortunately it wasn't one of those "weed burner" electric fences! :rofl: :lol:

    Our kids' school doesn't let them out if the wind chill falls below 20 F. My kids get upset about it. Could be 35 F and they aren't allowed recess outside. To us, that is shorts weather.

    I am glad we didn't have wind chill when I was in grade school. I don't remember there being an outside thermometer at the school. We may have stayed inside if it was raining but not for cold weather.
