I’ve been cutting splitting and stacking all winter. Hard to find days with decent weather but I’m almost done........done is when I’ve replaced what I’ve burned. I had a lot of small stuff from the thinning my buddy did in his woods. So I made a saw buck. It worked great. Wish I would have made one a long time ago.
Hey me too. With all that's goin on it's been a trip. I was able to rack up another cord of oak and yes..... sweet gum. Split n stacked. By hand no less.
Hey, there you are! Nice to hear that you've been keeping busy, but if I only replaced what I burned this season, I wouldn't have quite enough as the temps for us were mild compared to the norm. Going to be a busy summer and as long as my back holds up, I'll get one more year of OWB convenience! This is a pic of my yard that I took today. I also posted it in another thread. I forgot! I'll post it below this one. Doesn't that make you glad you live down there?
Hey Chief, looks like I woke you up! lol Good to see you posting. Yes, the sawbucks can be very handy when you have lots of small stuff to cut.
Thanks for the warm greetings. I have missed my wood hoarder family for sure. As BS Dennis said.......he woke me up. Chief
