Had to resort to this with all the snow this winter. Had a tree come down in the backyard. Worked harder for this than 20 with the quad I think haha
Got this trailer in 2015 and it was time for new tires before I leave on a 300 mile trip to WV. I had always figured i would upgrade the wheels at the same time since the white wheels were so generic looking...and prone to paint peeling and rust. Here's the new tires and aluminum wheels.
Here is my little wood trailer. I had a local fabrication shop weld in the steel mesh and a couple more square steel supports. Then I did the floor with treated 2x6's and I even put about 4 coats of Thompsons Water Seal on there for good measure. My dad actually built this trailer all on his own. But he only had 1/2" plywood for the sides and floor. He built it to haul things from California to Texas to South Dakota......then back to Texas.....back to California. And on and on. Since my dad made it about 12 years ago it probably has somewhere around 20k miles on it.
IT was free and I’ve already had to reinforce the tongue and yes there’s a Cub 127 in front of that pile somewhere
You load your trailer like I do. Haven't used it the past few years, but need to get it out to see how the new to me JD 185 handles it.
