    Yes.... :(

    Yes I did... :(

Thanks.. I blame this one on John. He read my mind. I can now sell my Dolmar 6400 and not feel bad about letting it go. Because I will still have one! Just in Blue! ;)

    A Mastermind'd 362C
    A Mastermind'd 460 Mag
A Husq 555 (to be done by ECSaws)
    And a pair of 6400/6401's ;)

    That's all I could ask for. :D

Now I HAVE to sell one. I was supposed to go down to 4 saws. Now I have 6 ;) (plus 4 project saws that I am currently selling on the black market/ aka PM's)

I blame this one on Jon. I was cutting up some wood yesterday when he calls me. He tells me a Makita was just posted on CL 17 minutes and I should take a look... So I did :saw:

It's not as clean as the Dolmar, but that's o.k... I would like to have some saws that didn't appear to be shelf queens.

The Dolmar is clean, and will likely be For Sale here very soon... :)

It's a beautiful saw. But the Makita is the same saw and will allow me to still keep one. Which will also allow me to buy the other equipment I need. :) Win - Win

Dang I'd rather have a beater like that instead of a new 6400. If I get one it will be a 7900 top end right away.

My still stock blue one surprises many. It's just a Makita, after all. My 6400 (7900) doesn't let on what's inside. Until I start it ;)

    Two sleepers, I guess.

    C'mon, Dex. How much?

Back in 07 I had a woods ported, finger ported 6401 to 7901. Look best with the black covers and black muffler IMO.

Looks good, Dex. I'm glad someone is having some luck. In the last 48 hours I've missed out on an MS150, an MS260 Pro and an 066 Mag. SOOOOOOO DISAPPOINTING!!

Thanks, but I don't really need one -- just missed out on a deal that was too good to ignore.

Thanks everyone. I still have yet to open it up, but it feels and looks like it is only a fuel issue.

If it happens to need a P & C? I will take it from there. Deciding on whether it gets a little or Big jug ;)

Well, gonna take some cleaning. It has good compression, but I had to pull the muffler. I seen something in the far corner of the port that looked funny, so I pulled the jug.

New ring and just a little clean up will have it going :)

What caught my eye the most, was lack of base gasket, with ZERO Sealant. Nothing. Nada.. And they didn't even do a good job cleaning up the old base gasket.

The saw would probably run for awhile as is, but I am gonna do a new air filter, impulse, ring, etc.. The pics look much worse than what it feels.
