Jonsered 630v Super find

I was given this 630 super today for 2 hours of help for a neighbor and friend. Did some cleaning, drained tank replaced plug, comp tested and pulled exaust to inspect cyl/piston, refueled and she fired right up!!!!! Sounds strong. Any insight on this old girl, may early 80's model, missing brake... 28in Sugi Hara bar.. Worth keeping?

No.. definitely not worth keeping. Send it to me and I’ll figure out a place to put it so it won’t cause any problems

 

I think she's a keeper!! I'll get a new chain plus air filter and put it to work! I'm really grateful and excited to have an operating vintage saw

 

Looks pretty good for it’s age. Older ones are fun to play with

 

Much as you got tied up in it you might as well just keep it .

 

That's a fine saw 61.5cc
Keep it nothing modern will outlast it.

 

Thanks for replies!! I showed it to a local logger friend and he said its a great old saw as well!! Again, I'm very excited to have a vintage piece!
