Spreading East

If it's any worse than last winter I'll be cutting my lawn in January! While most of the lower 48 was cold, it was hot here! Might have even got warmer than we have seen lately in June!
High today was 53* at my house

 

I noticed that you guys were warmer than us here many times during the winter.

Gasifier, some chit heading this way?

 

Ugh. 92 here right now, only supposed to get down to 72 tonight. Possibility of severe storms as well. AND my a/c is in the process of getting replaced, they tore the old, still sorta working unit out, but didn't finish putting the new unit in yet...gonna be a warm night. Thankfully I still have my old window unit from my old house. Should keep the bedroom comfy.

 

Just out of curiosity, what problem did they run into when trying to replace the air?
Is this central air?

 

I was chatting with a guy that lived in Asia somewhere... I forgot the same of the island but he said it stays around 70*. He didn't have a heater or A/C in his house.

Some of the crap headed this way, the heavy chit should hit us around 10.

 

It just finished raining here and it was unbelievable we got about 4 inches of rain in 2 hours. The wind blew hard and the temp dropped about 28 degrees in 4 hours. Get ready its packing a punch.

Just changed to a steady rain.....just heard the first thunder.....temps dropped to 68 from a high if 87.
