I just pull a lever on the floor. My axles were from an 05 Superduty, so they have lock and auto as settings. If I was interested, I could have tapped into my vacuum system and made them lock with a switch.
I really could not decide if I wanted to laugh or just scratch my head and wonder. Parked in front of drug store while wife went inside. Another car parked in front of me; didn't think much about it. The guy went into the store then shortly came out. He got into his car, which was parked 2 stores from the corner. Drove to the next block and parked in the first space and went into the store on the corner. It took him longer and he exerted more energy (both him and the car) by moving it than he would have just walking to the store rather than moving the car. Wow...
I saw that the other week. Here's what this idiot did. Yellow was where they parked at the grocery store. Instead of walking the green path to the hardware store, literally feet away, they got in their Audi and drove the red path. I couldn't believe my eyes. The walk from the grocery stores doors to their car was longer than the walk from their car to the hardware store. They also had to wait a pull while to the pull on to the main road. Zero common sense.
Took the family to my Mom’s for dinner last night. We all had a nice meal and more importantly a good visit. I helped her out after by cleaning all dishes and kitchen. Day off today. Trying to relax a bit. Keeping the laundry moving. Did bring some firewood in and swept out under the porch where firewood is gone. That makes the firewood cart roll much easier. Then I swept out the garage floor. I Yi Yi! Did that ever need it! Fed and watered the spoiled ones. Time to relax before going to pick up two of the three kids at school to take them to a couple places they need to go. Gym workout with my son later this afternoon. Then home to RELAX.
