Very nice looking piece. One to be proud of. I am very much into meat myself ( be nice guys ; not what you are thinking ) .LOL I do a fair amount of smoking and also a pretty good amount of homemade sausage and cured meat myself. Thanks for sharing.
Jerky day. I usually send some to my oldest daughter in Boston, she's addicted. Apparently she shares it. One of her friend's parent has requested I make some for them to take on their Mt. Everest climb.
This evening ended up being a good evening for the smoker. I vacuum sealed the cheese, grilled chicken, put the Chuck Roast on the smoker and prepped the Salmon for a smoke later in the week.
My remote control app looks the same. I don’t have to be connected to the home network. I can be 50 miles away and control it from my phone. Yours is probably the same.
I put the Salmon chunks on the smoker and the cheese on the offset smoker with the Smoke generator. I’ll pull the Salmon off before bed and I’ll let the cheese sit all night in smoke.
