    Couple more loads to haul home from this mission then back to the honey do list (reworking the kitchen a smidge). Have one more big maple and a pine to drop at this house but they will wait till later in March.

    What kind of splitter do you have? I split some big sycamore years ago with our 25 ton Yard Machine, gave it a fit...it does have the single step wide wedge. It was some stringy stuff. Good luck with the big rounds.

    This a thread from last year, just brought alive because of the sycamore thread. I have a 22t husky splitter and it did just fine.
